Volvo Penta rebuilt resealed Dp-E Dp-S (Swedish) Dp-D1 1.78 gear ratio Lower gear unit

Up for sale is a Volvo Penta rebuilt resealed Dp-E Dp-S  (Swedish) Dp-D1 1.78 gear ratio Lower gear unit. This unit was gone thru has Excellent bearings and all new seals.  The unit has some small pits or Chips on Pinion gear , This was caused by an upper gear unit failure and debris made its way to the pinion gear.  Although this is not Ideal I've seen  lowers with this type of pits or chipping last for year of continual use . The unit was Zinc Chromate Primed and painted  housing also had some pitting it was cleaned  This unit comes with the same Limited 1 Year warranty as any other Rebuilt resealed Lower Gear unit we sell, Just less expensive !   Bolt it on get back on the water !!!
